Our development division employs a variety of strategies when structuring projects, including limited partner, joint venture and sponsor-led equity arrangements. We work with small-to-midsize institutionals, private equity firms, family offices, local & regional banks, local & regional land and development funds, EB-5 investment channels, and high-net-worth individuals. We also co-invest with other real estate developers and investors.

While our approach to development is opportunistic in nature, we generally focus on ground-up and/or adaptive reuse projects such as:

– Mixed-use (retail, commercial, office, residential)
– Hotel franchisee development
– High-end, single-family homes in select premium markets

Regions of focus:

– Pennsylvania
– New York
– Texas

We also consider investments in tracts of land that possess specific zoning characteristics and requirements for re-zoning /approval.

Project size: $10M-100M, including all hard and soft costs, acquisition price, etc.
