June 28, 2019—Optima Durant Group has expanded the commercial floor plan of its ground-up Commodore development in Easton, Pa. to 15,000 square feet, triple the original design. Still on track to open in fall 2020, the eight-story project now includes a mezzanine and additional level dedicated to commercial office space, plus a 350-square-foot semi-private lobby.
