DEVELOPMENT

Our development division employs a variety of strategies when structuring projects, including limited partner, joint venture, and sponsor-led equity arrangements. We work with small-to-midsize institutionals, private equity firms, family offices, local and regional banks, local and regional land and development funds, EB-5 investment channels, and high-net-worth individuals. We also co-invest with other real estate developers and investors.
